Unique residence in the traditional settlement of Vyzitsa, Pelion.

The main building consists of the ground floor, where there is a bedroom with fireplace, another bedroom, hall, kitchen and bathroom, as well as the first floor which is a single space with two living rooms, dining room and fireplace. The one side house is a single space inside which there is a traditional wood-fired oven. The other side house consists of a single room, bathroom, small warehouse, while it is configured as a storage space.
The building is in excellent condition, recently renovated and sold fully furnished.
It has a very large paved yard, which is surrounded by a wooden chestnut fence.
Access is very easy from the settlement's ring road.
The plot is in an excellent location, at an altitude of 700 meters, overgrown with chestnuts, walnuts, oaks, plane trees, firs, fruit trees, etc. and in the winter months two small springs gush forth. The view of Pagasitikos is magnificent every season of the year, while with a clear atmosphere, the snow-capped peaks of Parnassos can be seen.
