It consists of 15 apartments, swimming pool (which was built in 2002) and independent housing (which was built in 1987). The 15 apartments are 40m2. Of these, 8 are two floors with internal staircase, living room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs and 1 bedroom upstairs. (2 apartments have 1 bedroom on each floor). The remaining 7 are bungalows with 1 bedroom. The complex is just 5 minutes from the sea.
