Land in Avlona, Eastern Attica, in an industrial area, in a very good location. Sold alone or together with another plot which is located on the opposite side of the rural road. The partner plot is 3,535 sq.m. and has a house with electricity and drilling. Avlona (Albanian: Vlorë Vlore) is the second largest port in Albania, after Durres, with a population of 79,948 (2011). It is the city where the Albanian Declaration of Independence was proclaimed on November 28, 1912 and was for a short time the capital of Albania.
Founded as an ancient Greek colony in the 6th century BC under the name Avlon and inhabited since then for about 26 centuries, the city of Avlona is today the most important economic and cultural center of Southern Albania and is the seat of the University of Avlona. In 1994, 8,000 local Greek-speakers lived in the city.
