An old building of 40 square meters for sale in the village of Kavousi, 17 km from the city of Ierapetra Built at the foot of two imposing mountains, is the famous Kavousi, one of the most interesting villages of Ierapetra. Built at an altitude of 140 meters overlooking the plain, drowned in lion trees, and the waters of the Cretan Sea, Kavousi is a historic and particularly lively village that offers a multitude of activities and attractions. The square with the cafes in the center of the village is the reference point, and around there are the churches of Agios Georgios and the Twelve Apostles which deserve attention.
