LOCATION
The project is located in a beautiful bay 3 kilometers from the beach town of
Paralion Astros. It is by car 20 minutes from Nafplion, one hour of Ancient
Olympia and one hour from the Kalavrita ski resort, making it an ideal place to
own a vacation/retirement home. The beach area has been awarded a blue flag by
the European Union in recognition of the clean waters in the area.
PROPERTIES
The beach front properties consisted of land that exceeded 7.5 acres (30
stremmata). They were divided into three parcels, allowing for progressive
development. The beach front parcel was developed into a gated complex that
included three town homes with individual swimming pools that were sold to
Canadian investors. Remaining land of 5,5 acres (22 stremmata) is only 100
meters from the water and near a beach area; it fronts a paved county road (double
direction) (Argos - Paralio Astros) and also a local road with easy access. It offers
uninterrupted views of the sea, the castle of Astros, mountains, the plain of Astros
with olive trees and the land is flat and not rocky. Based on preliminary
architectural designs it can be developed in one or two stages, allowing the
building plans of:
1. Seven (7) Town homes of 146.018 square meters each
wn homes of 157 square meters each for a total of 942 square
meters in phase two built with stone materials.
3. Common Grounds consisted of swimming pool, lighted tennis courts,
basketball courts and gardens.
