It is by car 20 minutes from Nafplion, one hour of Ancient Olympia and one hour from the Kalavrita ski resort, making it an ideal place to own a vacation/retirement home. The beach area has been awarded a blue flag by the European Union in recognition of the clean waters in the area. PROPERTIES The beach front properties consisted of land that exceeded 7.5 acres (30 stremmata). They were divided into three parcels, allowing for progressive development. The beach front parcel was developed into a gated complex that included three town homes with individual swimming pools that were sold to Canadian investors.
